Petaling Street

2_3Petaling Street also known as China Town is one of Kuala Lumpur's most attractive tourist spots. When the evenings comes, a line of stalls come to live in front of the shops, offering a wide range of products. The area attracts many locals and visitors in search of bargain items, including inexpensive dresses, shoes, fabrics and souvenirs. An amazing street market!

National Museum

The National Museum is a majestic structure. Its imposing 3_4entrance is filled with murals depicting aspects of Malaysian culture and history. You are gonna be able to see awesome exhibits  of local history, culture and traditions, arts and crafts, economic activities, currency, weapons and local flora and fauna.On the outside of the museum a display of old locomotives, vintage cars and other relics of transport from days gone by can be found.

Pantai Cenang

PantaPantai Cenang may be the most popular beach destinations among tourists and locals alike, it is known not only for its amazing sunsets but also for its wide sandy beach. Situated about 18 kmts from Kuah town and only three ktms from the airport, it is fulled by coconut trees and casuarinas. The beach is home to a number of resorts, luxury class hotels, chalets and restaurants. Gua Cerita

Kuala Lumpur Tower (Menara Kuala Lumpur)

Menarac1The impressive statuesque and imposing tower is known for been the highest in Asia and the fourth tallest telecommunications tower in the world. One of the distinctive architectural features of Menara Kuala Lumpur is a dome-shaped arch at every doorway on the upper ground floor, decorated with glass pieces that illuminate like giant diamonds. Visitors can enjoy a bird's eye view of the city from either the height of the observation deck or enjoy a 360º view from the revolving restaurant.

Batu caves

Asia2One of the holiest Hindu shrines in Malaysia and a popular tourist attraction. The Caves are popular not only for being the southern-most limestone outcrop in the Northern Hemisphere, but the labyrinth that makes up the Batu Caves also supports a variety of exotic wildlife. A cave gallery is placed at the foot of the caves featuring clay figurines and wall paintings depicting scenes and figures from Hindu mytholgy and the best part is that you don't have to pay a thing to visit this wonder!

Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Mosque

Asia1One of the largest mosques in South-east Asia, this amazing building is also called "the blue mosque." It is really big and magnificent , with an enormous, dark blue dome and four minarets standing at 142.3 metres. Decorative Islamic calligraphy decorated the dome and main prayer-hall, while the overall architecture integrates ethnic Malay design elements. The mosque is adjoined by a small lake, which makes it a particularly serene setting, especially at sunset. Visitors should dress according to the Islamic dress code. Suitable attire is provided at the main entrance.

Cheong fatt tze mansion

Asia10 Located along one of Georgetown's oldest street, it was formerly the residence of Cheong Fatt Tze, a powerful Chinese trading and shipping tycoon in the late 19th century where success brought many accolades including the Vice Consul of China After moving to Penang in 1880, he commissioned artisans and craftsmen from China to build a home befitting his social status. One of the largest heritage mansion in Malaysia, it was painstakingly restored by its present owners. With a built-up area of 3,000sqm, 38 rooms, five courtyards, seven staircases and 220 windows, its layout is based on feng-shui principles.

Balik Pulau Town

Literally meaning “behind the Island” it boasts of clove and nutmeg with well known and well sought varieties, and rubber estates. These are the heritage of the Hakka community's sweat and blood plus a drinking fountain donated by Koh Seang Tat in 1882 sited in the centre of the town. The antique but graceful Catholic church reminds one of the British presence where the District Land Office building, built at around 1880, housed the post and telegraph, and the customs and excise offices, agriculture departments, and the opium clerk. Upstairs was a district court house.
